How do I reset my progress?

Open the Game > tap the gear icon (Settings) > scroll down > tap “Reset Progress” and confirm. This clears all levels, trophies, streaks, and hints. This cannot be undone.

How do I remove ads?

Tap the gear icon (Settings) > “Remove Ads” ($2.99, one-time purchase). All rewarded ad prompts disappear. Hints can still be purchased via hint packs.

How do I restore my purchase?

If you reinstall the Game or switch devices, your “Remove Ads” purchase restores automatically via your Apple ID. If it doesn’t, go to Settings > “Restore Purchases”.

My progress was lost after reinstalling.

Game progress is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the Game, level progress, trophies, streaks, and hint balance are deleted and cannot be recovered.

How do I change my ad/tracking preferences?

Go to iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Tapshift: Flip. You can also change GDPR ad consent preferences via the Privacy Settings option in the Game’s settings screen.

Does the game work offline?

Yes. All 120 levels, daily challenges, and trophies work without an internet connection. Ads and hint purchases require a connection.
